At Heal With Bliss, I help women reconnect with their bodies, restore their energy, and rediscover their inner radiance through holistic coaching. As a holistic health coach, I guide the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—toward balance by addressing root causes and creating practical, sustainable steps for lasting vitality and confidence.

Hi, I’m Bliss!

I created Heal With Bliss as a safe, supportive space for women who are ready to feel better in their bodies and more at home within themselves. This work was born out of my own healing journey — and my deep desire to help other women feel seen, understood, and empowered as they care for their health and well-being.

I received my health coaching certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained to approach wellness through a holistic lens that honors the connection between body, mind, and lifestyle. I am currently working towards becoming a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.

My wellness journey began in 2019, when life as I knew it came to a halt. I went from training for an ultramarathon, teaching second grade, and supporting my husband’s military career — to being unable to get out of bed. I was sleeping nearly twenty hours a day, consumed by exhaustion and a growing list of unexplained symptoms. Despite countless doctor visits and being told my labs were “normal,” I knew something deeper was going on.

A long search for answers led me to multiple diagnoses — including Lyme disease, Babesiosis, and mycotoxin illness — and countless treatment protocols that often felt confusing and isolating. But through self-advocacy, intuition, and a deep trust in my body’s wisdom, I began to heal.

Every step taught me that true healing is an inner partnership — not just with practitioners, but with yourself.

Today, through Heal With Bliss, I help other women rediscover that same power within — to listen to their bodies, trust their intuition, and create lasting wellness from the inside out.

FAQs

  • During your Discovery Call, I will ask a few foundational questions about your current health, wellness habits, and goals. This conversation is also an opportunity for you to learn more about my approach and determine whether we are a good fit to work together.

  • Once we determine that we are a good fit, you will receive a Coaching Agreement to review and sign. After it has been completed, we will schedule a brief onboarding session to address any questions and clarify expectations within the coaching relationship. This introductory session is complimentary. At that time, we will also confirm a consistent day and time for your weekly coaching sessions.

  • If you feel supported and would like to continue your journey, you’re welcome to schedule additional sessions at the conclusion of your Coaching Program. We can tailor continued support in a way that feels aligned with your goals and needs
